The campsite’s location between the lake and the mountains offers endless opportunities for thrill-seekers and lovers of the great outdoors.

White-water sports

About 20 minutes from the campsite, head to the banks of the Dranse. This iconic river in Haute-Savoie offers a route of nearly 20 kilometres. Whether you choose rafting for team building, hydrospeed for a total immersion experience, or canoe-rafting for manoeuvring in pairs, thrills are guaranteed. Canyoning is also a popular option for exploring gorges that are inaccessible on foot.

Mountain sports and mountain biking

• Via Ferrata & Rock Climbing: The Abondance Valley and Les Saix de Miolène (45 mins away) offer dizzying cliffs for climbers. For beginners, there are beginner-friendly sites closer to the valley.
• Cycling and mountain biking: Starting from Excenevex, you can cycle along the lake shore or head for the forest trails of Sciez. The more adventurous can tackle the slopes of the Chablais massif for breathtaking views of Lake Geneva.
